If you are building a LIMA SIX Build Kit, it is required to drill a new gas port in your AR15 barrel. While the kits come with a drilling jig and drill bits, we understand that some people may not be comfortable drilling their barrel. You can send us your barrel and we will drill the port, plug the existing port, and dimple your barrel for perfect gas block alignment.

LIGHTWEIGHT BARRELS, PENCIL BARRELS, GOVERNMENT PROFILE BARRELS AND ALL BARRELS WITH A .625” GAS BLOCK DIAMETER ARE NOT APPROVED FOR USE WITH THE LIMA SIX. We will not accept these barrels for our Barrel Drilling Service and will not support their usage in any way. Due to the high potential for harm to the user, consider these barrels banned for use with the LIMA SIX.
